Most hot sauce companies use bulk fermented mash to make their sauces while Hoff & Pepper uses fresh peppers grown only 30 minutes from their facility in Tennessee. 
 
Their small batches are aged without fermenting so you can taste the full body flavor of the farm fresh jalapeños and habaneros in every bottle.
