Beautiful small gift enclosure card – approximately 2x3.

Quilling or paper filigree is an art form using strips of paper that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create these decorative cards. In the case of these cards, very thin strips of paper are coiled then pinched into various and glued onto card stock, some onto a watercolor scene in the background.

NOTE - These cards are the small gift enclosure  cards - not a full-size greeting card.
